My Next Employer

"I'm interviewing a company for an opportunity to be my next employer." I received that text from a good friend the other day. (Not those exact words, but that sentiment.) While it may give you a chuckle, it's also a healthy reminder that interviews aren't one-sided. Sometimes you can't afford to be too selective - but whenever you can, you should walk into each interview knowing you're interviewing them as much as they are you. Teams are formed when everyone buys in. Clubs are formed when everyone pays in.
